This was the perfect place for us to stay for the week! We were traveling by car from Texas to Tennessee with our family dog. This hotel was just three miles from our son's residence. The Hilton app allowed me to pick a suite located near the stairwell and the side exit. Very convenient for taking our dog straight out to the dog area. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful. The accommodations were perfect for us.
We stayed one night at the Cool Springs location. This was the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. The room was fresh and clean. We arrived late with our two dogs and were immediately greeted. Staff, both overnight and morning were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to learn that the property is one of the oldest Hampton Inns! The lobby and rooms were updated giving the feeling of a newer property! VERY WELCOMING!
The recently renovated accommodations are commendable. The staff consistently provides exceptional service, and the breakfast offerings are excellent. This establishment will be my preferred choice for all future visits to Franklin.
Booked a king online and was told by staff that they had overbooked me and that the king was not actually available. I had already been charged but the team really took care of me. That night they discounted the rate by almost half. The next day they got me in a king, though not the king I wanted with the suite they still got me in and again lowered the rate. The staff was friendly and very capable of helping to which they all did dedicatedly. What a lovely experience beginning to end. Thank you so much!!

Hotel going under renovation. Our room was king suite with small kitchen. Room was very large. Two rooms with large bathroom. Tub and toliet room was separate from vanity. Price was only about 20 dollars more then regular room. The smell of fresh baked cookies hit you when we walked into the lobby.
We stopped in to rest after a roadtrip with a family of 6. The Front Desk manager Kelly went above and beyond to ensure that felt comfortable in our rooms and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We even took coffee to go to finish our roadtrip. Thank you so much, Kelly and Hampton Inn, for your excellent service.
